We love craft beers & will have a large variety of local brews on tap, signature cocktails from our mixologist, excellent wine list, or try our whiskey or vodka flights.
Desert Rose Steakhouse was started by Pete & Teresa partial owners of the GasLight Inn & OTG Wine & Beer Bar, Glendale AZ. Due to a lack of a great steak restaurants on the Westside of Phoenix, Pete & Teresa decided to create their own steakhouse with a great atmosphere, high quality food & locally sourced products whenever possible. We want to support our local community & farms. Both of us are big local craft beer drinkers so our goal is to have a huge selection of local craft beers on tap & few of the others too. Desert Rose Steakhouse is committed to it's guests to have an outstanding culinary experience.
Desert Rose Steakhouse's signature is locally sourced products, perfectly aged proteins to bring out the unique flavor & tenderness in every piece of beef we cook. Starting with Certified Angus beef (Certified meaning the best beef available for melt in your mouth tenderness & consistent marbling) slightly seasoned & seared to allow the juicy meat flavors and seasonings to permeate the meat for all our steaks & burgers on our open-flame grill.
